PIA announces 14th consecutive fully-franked quarterly dividend
Australia’s largest international ethical listed investment company continues to deliver on mandated fully franked quarterly dividends to shareholders.
Pengana International Equities Limited (ASX: PIA) is pleased to announce the Board has declared the second quarterly dividend for the 2024 financial year. This announcement follows shortly after PIA’s announcement of a 21.9% return for the Portfolio for the calendar year ending 31 December 2023.
Fully-franked quarterly dividend of 1.35 cents per share.
The dividend will be paid on 15 March 2024 to shareholders on the register on 1 March 2024.
The March 2024 dividend will be the fourteenth dividend paid since the introduction of quarterly dividends as announced in October 2020, and in line with our mandated target of paying a reliable stream of quarterly, fully-franked, dividends to PIA shareholders.
PIA currently expects to announce its half year results to the ASX on 19 February 2024.
